No, all prices will be already discounted when the sale goes live. No discount code needed.
What if i miss out on the 50% off for 50 minutes?
This sale will not be extended BUT we will be running 30% off sitewide for the rest of our Black Friday sale! (very generous, we know)
How do I prepare for this?
Decide what products you’ll be stocking up on Head to the website and get your carts ready! Set your alarm for 5pm AEST (6pm AEDT) on Tuesday 12th November (check your local timezone) (maybe set 10 alarms, you don’t want to be snoozing this one).
Does your 90 day satisfaction guarantee cover purchases made during the sale?
Yes of course! If you purchase an Intermediate or Advanced Acne Program during our Black Friday sale, or any sale, you are still covered by our 90 day satisfaction guarantee. That means if you don’t see results, you can get your money back.

Can I combine the sale discount with other offers or promotions?
No, the sale discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. All other codes will be switched off for the sale period.
Will products sell out quickly?
We have worked tirelessly over the past few months to stock up big time. Our warehouse is overflowing. BUT, we have no idea what volumes to expect with this sale. It really is first in best dressed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping may be longer than usual. Our team will be working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We will be providing regular updates, so we really appreciate your patience. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Our Customer Service team will be under the pump during this time, so please visit here for any questions about your order.
What happens if an item sells out before I check out?
Due to the limited stock available and the high demand expected during the 50% OFF For 50 minutes Sale, items are not reserved until you complete the checkout process. We recommend waiting on the website 10-15 minutes before and checking out quickly to secure your items.

This sale includes our entire range of products site-wide, offering a generous 50% discount off all full-priced items.
What if I need to change my address?
Dont Stress! We have implemented an order editing tool where you can update your address or add more items to your cart before your order is dispatched. However, once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the address.
I placed my order a few days ago, can I cancel or change this to shop during the sale price instead?
Unfortunately not. However, it’s a great time to stock up!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Please ensure your payment method is ready, as items may sell out quickly.
Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
